Fallen In Love With Solid Ground

My life-transforming 21 days of silence ended three years ago today. The end of that retreat was the beginning of a whole new life in this body. It's difficult to put into words the evolution that's occured since then, but it's like looking back on many lives.

There have been so many changes in the last three years, but can words ever capture experience itself? The remarkable thing about Divine Openings is that it gives us the pure experience -- so precious, after talking about it and hearing about it for so long. We're here for the joyous experience.

ARE YOU TIRED OF WORKING ON YOURSELF?

Boy, I was.  If you're a spiritual seeker like I was for so many years, you may have tried everything!  I did.  I tried  and learned everything.  Before I could fully integrate one technique or process I was already learning or purchasing something new, the next greatest thing.  And I spent many thousands of dollars on all of this.

Divine Openings Giver Requests Help Healing A Relative's Cancer

Lola Jones's picture
Carey Waters, a Divine Openings Giver, wrote to me this morning requesting help healing a relative's cancer, and told also of another relative with Alzheimer's who will no longer let this Giver clean her house. This Giver is a very gifted and powerful healer who is in service to all her family and friends who need help.

I wrote to her:

Guidance

Divine Openings Giver Pat Thorpe from Denver, Colorado sent this:

Dancing With God
When I meditated on the word Guidance,
I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word.
I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn't flow with the music,
and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.
When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead,
both bodies begin to flow with the music.

3900 Marbles

3900 Saturdays

Divine Openings Giver Wanda Csanyl in Canada sent me this story she heard, and I thought it was just lovely.

Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "You've lost your marbles." No you didn't, you might have just wasted them!

The older I get the more I enjoy Saturday mornings. Perhaps it's the quiet solitude that comes with being the first to rise, or maybe it's the unbounded joy of not having to be anywhere or do anything in particular. Either way, the first few hours of a Saturday morning are most enjoyable.

Update on Lola's travels

I always like to share with you what's been going on, so here's an update. Scroll down......

Been playing a lot, after quite a long, intense period of writing, creating, teaching, and being in front of this computer. My home has been blessed with a steady stream of visitors, and aromas of good food cooking have filled the air. Ranch chores that have piled up are getting done, with the help of some friends. Fruit trees needed attention.
