Divine Openings Giver Requests Help Healing A Relative's Cancer
Carey Waters, a Divine Openings Giver, wrote to me this morning requesting help healing a relative's cancer, and told also of another relative with Alzheimer's who will no longer let this Giver clean her house. This Giver is a very gifted and powerful healer who is in service to all her family and friends who need help.
I wrote to her:
Of course I'll help you with your relatives. First, notice that these relatives aren't like your clients in one very important way: the people who come to you as clients are requesting healing of their own choice. It's a huge difference. They're asking for healing, and so are set to let it in.
They are voting for healing with their money, time, belief, intention, and choices. They are choosing you.
Our relatives may or may not be so willing to let it in, and from what you say, neither of these has really requested it. You give it out of love, bless you. You and your husband are so kind.
Sometimes people just can't deal with the level of resistance they are hanging onto, but they can't let it go either. They realize on some deep, wise level that the most readily available form of relief, in that state, is to die.
To us that sounds unnecessary, but to them, it's the path of least resistance, and the fastest route to relief they can accept. Death is that huge relief, so it all works out. I stayed up till 5 a.m. riding the wave of the burst of joy my dad felt when he let go and passed over after 15 years of hanging on in a declined physical state that kept him bedridden.
It's not failure on your part.
You've assisted many others in choosing healing.

You see that H's leg swelling goes down, and things improve, then he goes back to illness.
I saw this with my dad.
Over the last three years before he passed over, Michael (my partner at the time) and I would do a healing, and whatever disease he had at the moment would heal! Broken vertebrae, colon infection the docs couldn't help, internal staph, all of it healed very quickly in his case. It was OK with me, but interesting, that no one in my family could recognize that we facilitated his healing.
Then he'd create another disease in about six months.
The vibration he was choosing stayed the same.
His modus operandi was to avoid change, try to maintain status quo no matter how high the cost, and hang on for dear life so he could be with my mom -- but not change.
Of course, as you said, now the Divine Openings may just be assisting your relative in letting go peacefully. It's still his choice, but that's what my dad eventually did. Passed away in his own bed, peacefully. Interestingly, he did it while my mom was out of the room.
Nature and Life demand change. Resistance to change is painful and costly. But from Large Self perspective, there is nothing wrong with that. Some people are evolving very slowly, over lifetimes, rather than choosing awakening in this lifetime. That's OK! Their Large Self is blissed out the whole time.
Now, that said, they can still let it in if they choose to on some level.It's just not our job to make it happen.
Let go and let The Divine do the heavy lifting.
